For select orders, we collaborate with a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) provider, who employs a range of reputable couriers to deliver your items efficiently and securely. Additionally, we handle the shipping of select HydraGarden products ourselves.

 www.hydragarden.com currently provides one free shipping option and 2 expedited options. Free Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during high volume times such as special events and sales, orders may be delayed. You will receive a email with tracking information once the item is shipped.

We currently only ship within Canada & USA.

All orders require 1-4 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. The estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location. Shipping times may vary between 1-10 Days.
